28A – Your Exit Strategy

My exit strategy is simple. i have always said the goal is to land a big streaming network to work with us and create an original show with no censoring. The ultimate goal was to find someone who can see the picture let us operate the production for the first few years and build up some worth with good ratings. Then they know what the audience and people love and we as a company would feel more than comfortable to sell the rights to our name, not only broadcasting rights. This is something that can let me take on new possibilities in different areas of the sport industry and allow the show to live on and provide the entertainment to the fans I initially sought out to do. I would then take the money from that and look into getting involved with a new rapidly growing area in sports and that is esports. I have many ideas specifically to invest in the untapped youth area of esports, then I would build that up and probably keep that as a family venture and pass down that torch for generations, seeing as that youth esports is only going to grow since it has barely been created yet. I chose this particular strategy because this program idea wasn't my vision for my entire career just an opportunity that was too good to pass up on, an opportunity to create wealth for myself and my family. I don't think my exit strategy influenced the way I handled my business. Although, I had this in mind to be the way I went out with this, I always focused more on the goal of the idea and not how I will leave the process/industry of sports media. I always had the proper intentions for the program and content I was creating to make a name for my company and providing entertainment for fellow sports fans.

27A – Reading Reflection No. 3

Grinding It Out: The Making of McDonald’s, Ray Kroc.

Honestly, I chose this reading specifically due to the fact of how much I enjoy hearing about what this man did for himself and the fast-food industry. The title "grinding it out" was perfect to describe the way Ray Kroc did things for himself, a hard working citizen who did not stop no matter what came in his way. Ray Kroc turned a simple burger joint into the power-house fast-food chain we all know as McDonald's today. Ray knew exactly what made his business special but took it and enhanced every aspect of it, creating something no one has done in the business of quick burgers. He created the perfect system to make fast service and quick results. This eventually let him take the business and create a giant franchise, with a catchy american oriented name, fitting the food they served "McDonald's" a name that will forever be known as the "fast food kings". The way Ray was able to franchise McDonald's at such large amounts and in quick time is beyond impressive, he actually had cut his own salary to get this going the long run. This man went from working middle-class citizen to multi-million owner of one of the most recognizable franchises in america, and eventually globalized it everywhere. McDonald's is now enjoyed by everyone in the world and almost every industry has a McDonald's close by waiting for them to enjoy great food. Ray Kroc is a perfect example of a hard-working and fearless entrepreneur. Someone we all should be looking up to as a role model. His work ethic is by far the best thing you can learn from his path to success.

26A – Celebrating Failure

Honestly, this past semester was obviously a big change and adjustment for all of us. I am currently retaking this class due to my failure of adjusting my time management when the end of the semester moved all online. I had trouble finding a way to adapt and keep on top of this class specifically. Covid was a big unexpected curve-ball, I did not handle it to the best of my capabilities. I had trouble focusing and my anxiety got the best of me.

What I learned from this is that life will occasionally throw curve-balls at you, you just have to figure a way to adapt to the pitch and lean with it. Everything is not always going to be expected and that is something I learned this past semester. The one thing you should expect is the unexpected. Once you know that, anything can be thrown at you but you'll have the strength and confidence to handle it accordingly.

I believe failure is something no one should fear, but I also believe you shouldn't welcome it. Failure is inevitable in some shape or form, everyone will face some sort of failure. Failure is not the "end of the line" it is a lesson and teaches you how to adjust and address issues on what went wrong. Essentially, failure is apart of learning and growth, and plays a vital part in someones true growth as a person. I invite risk into my life due to me being a huge believer in risk for reward.

23A – Your Venture’s Unfair Advantage

1) Social Captial- Social Capital is very important because it shares your values of the entire operation. It helps the consumers and audience engagement with the company and helps them be comparable and connected with the people behind it all. It adds crucial and irreplaceable value to the company.

2) Finances- This is always very helpful to have your finances in order. This is important because creating a business takes time and money. Fortunately, I have created other ways to increase our cash flow and this made it possible to have a decent amount of funding to make this the best it can possibly be.

3) Brand Personality- Our brand personality is basically just reporting in a way that fans can relate to. Like backyard talk, or bar banter. This is exactly what separates us from our competitors and will be exactly why we grab viewers from them.

4) Brand Identity- Our brand identity was very simple to figure out with it being such a simple but specific idea. This is crucial for a business to have because it shows who you are and helps connect with your consumers/audience in a specific way. I believe this to be the most important aspect to have, due to it reaching out to your audience in such a unique way. It also helps the image of the company shine and shows its colors to the public.

5) Social Media Marketing- This is something that is fairly new and very important. It is a new way to promote your business and expand in outreach in a much faster way than the older, traditional ways some are used to.

6) Vision Statement- This is something I find important to have linked for the public to see. I believe the public knowing your ultimate vision helps them see there will be more growth from something that has already caught there eye, and makes them excited to stay for the journey.

7) Team- I have a team in place for the entire process of creating this. Including, production, graphics, hosts, media, analytical staff, and more. This is huge because we have several people focusing on a piece of the process of everything and it is to their specific expertise. This will let us create the best product for all of our viewers.

8) Target Audience- Knowing the target audience is a major thing to have before launching anything for business. Especially because it gives you the opportunity to prepare your content/service/product to be the absolute best for the people you are going to be selling it to at a higher rate than anyone.

9) Format- I have a format for the show in place and exactly the discussions and topics the hosts will be going over. This is huge to know so we have an idea of exactly what we'll be executing every week and what not to get our heads into as well. Keep it pretty localized to sports.

10) Goal- Obviously, I have a set goal in place for this program to launch on a popular platform, in order to reach my audience as fast and easy as possible. Eventually building up from Facebook/Youtube Tv to Netflix, Hulu, or HBO. This gives me the chance to pave my way through and reach out to these streaming platforms to push my channel to the next step.

21A – Reading Reflection No. 2

"How To Fail At Almost Everything and Still Win Big"

The overall message of this book was to basically show that there are an endless amount of ways to do everything and have the outcome of success. In the book, it described failures as a way to shape people and create an opportunity for reform and adjustment, which ultimately is an adjustment to be made for greater success. In this course, we have covered failure and how it is inevitable for all of us to see our share of it, this does not mean everything ends, it just paves the path you are taking to adjust and shape for success, as discussed in the book as well. The exercise I would create would be making students create an idea and list 5 obstacles they think they could come by and what the solution/adjustment would be to fix the failure of an attempt for a successful idea. This book was no surprise to me, I was most attracted to it due to me having that "never back down" mentality. This book in a way described my overall mental outlook on life and its obstacles.

20A – Growing Your Social Capital

1) My first interview was with a friend who used to have his own sports news reporting platform. His platform was specifically for the audience I am targeting, sports fans that are looking for humor. He actually turned it into a nice blog/social media platform and it landed him his current job. His current job is with none other than Barstool Sports. This is obviously the aim I am going for but with more of a television show focus. I know him through my dad's friend's son, he isn't someone I am in contact with often, but was able to give me great insight and likes the premise of my idea and my ultimate goal and vision for my company.

2) This person I messaged via LinkedIn lives in New York and actually took a sports management class online with the same platform I used. I found them on the alumni list for that platform via LinkedIn. This person has had a tremendous amount of experience in various areas, from working for ESPN to working for the sports collum in New York Times, and now working as an SNY journalist covering the Mets, Devils, and more. This would bring a ton of experience specifically in the field of journalism for my company as well as having a tremendous amount of professional achievements.

3) This person I met through twitter, and he currently is a college student at BU. He is involved in producing. He has had a solid experience interning with the Jimmy Fallon show in NYC and is also from Long Island. He will clearly bring the experience and value to our team for production purposes and making everything mesh on camera. While doing that he will be able to help exploit the show and its image and brand.

Ultimately, all of these people bring a certain skill set to the team that is needed, put everything together and it can bring to life my idea for a show, and possibly, even more, to bring the value of the company to the ceiling of the potential it has.

19A – Idea Napkin No. 2

1)I am Nicholas Scibilia. I am a student at the University of Florida studying Sports Management. I am pursuing a career in sports with the long-term goal of being in the front office of an MLB or NFL organization. I want to start my path by becoming an NFL and MLB certified player's agent. I will be attending law school once I graduate with my bachelor's degree.

2) The product/service I have created on this blog is simply offering new ways of entertainment while receiving news on the sports world, sort of a spiffed-up, entertaining Sportscenter. Something every fan can enjoy.

3) I am offering it to any sports fan that likes to watch these shows to keep up with their teams and favorite leagues in basically every aspect, covering all parts of the professional sports industry. Technically due to its envisioned explicitness, it will be offered on a platform that allows this sort of content, such as Netflix, HBO, or Hulu.

4) People already pay money for these platforms, as ratings go I am not worried I will be able to target many sports fans who have access to these platforms and this will create great business for whoever makes a deal with our show/channel.

5) What sets me apart from everyone else is the authenticity of the reporting of sports news, it will be entertaining, less formal, and suit to what fans deal with while discussing these topics with colleagues or buddies out at a bar. This will bring in an informal way to report things and spice the way we receive sports news on our television. A good comparison analysis, think of the DailyNews with politics but with sports news.

I believe this will revolutionize the way people take in information, it may be entertaining and enjoyable but still giving out the proper news jut making it more interesting by creating a more informal and comfortable atmosphere of reporting it.

18A – Create a Customer Avatar

I have in common with this avatar a pretty generic face but with crazy eye color.

I think I am the generic sports fan but made the eye color crazy like mine because it makes the avatar look like he's searching for excitement and new things.

15A – Figuring Out Buyer Behavior No. 2

During these interviews, I couldn't necessarily ask if customers would care about the price since my platform would be on a streaming service such as Netflix, which according to statistics 73% of Americans have a Netflix account, and due to account sharing many more have access to Netflix. I basically went for what they would like to see from the show, obviously, it will be sports-oriented and have more of a fan relating feel with the explicit talk and content covering sports news. All of my interviewers were sports fans this time to pertain to my question "what they are looking for and what they don't want to see on it?". All of these people were fellow students in the Sports Management program at UF. The purchase price is the platform Netflix which many customers are very satisfied due to the entire service being revolutionary to watching TV and being entertained. The show is just on this platform. All of my interviews came to the conclusion they want it to be as real and non "staged" as possible, give it a more relatable authentic feel. They also all noted to not enforce political agendas on the show "they tend to ruin the focus of the show" and they mentioned to address people in sports that are involved in movements such as the BLM movement and athletes like Lebron James being involved; showing your side on each topic but not to force agenda on the audience, an "in-between area to operate in". Post-purchase for this would be the ratings it gets via Netflix, and its charts for most popular streaming options on Netflix.

14A – Halfway Reflection

1) I have set a schedule to start my week by doing 1 assignment Monday, 1 Tuesday and the last Thursday, Wednesday being my off day. After I usually go to read and comment on other people's posts in my group on Sunday. That is how I schedule my week with assignments. Lectures are watched on Friday and Saturday for the following weeks.

2) Two summers ago, I was applying for internships for the first time, it was constant cold-calling and cold emailing. I thought to myself I had no chance and the general applications were so big, it wasn't looking too great. Then a company finally got back to me for a marketing and sales internship, Iconic Brands working with Christie Brinkley and her new product Bellissima Prosecco's. It was an amazing experience.

3) Three tips I would give to someone would be

A) Never stop working for something you want, I believe if you work every day toward something you want not only can you achieve it but you may come across many other things along the way, and that could possibly change your life for the better.

B) I believe in the law of attraction. Manifestation. manifest what you want in life, every day just picture yourself achieving your ultimate goal and don't just picture it believe it. Make sure you know and are true to yourself that you WILL achieve your dreams.

C) Network. Make sure you are connecting with as many people as possible. A lot of great opportunities come from people you have made a great impression on by communicating with them, create bonds, they truly can last a lifetime.

13A – Reading Reflection No. 1

Elon Musk: Tesla, SpaceX, and the Quest for a Fantastic Future, Ashlee Vance

I chose this reading because everyone knows what has recently happened with Elon Musk and SpaceX. They recently just launched their dragon team on a rocket to the moon. And after reading this, I can truly say I am not too shocked about much from what comes from the life and mind of Elon Musk, the operator of it all. I also chose this reading due to the new investment I recently have made into what could be Tesla's only other future competitor, called Nikola Motors. They too are an electronic truck/vehicle making company, mostly focused on hydrogen fuel cell-based batteries... quite innovative. The only thing I was truly shocked about the hearing was that Tesla at the beginning stages as a company was over 300 million in debt. Now are at a multi-billion dollar market cap. Though many say the stock is over-priced due to the earnings per share being in the negative by a few cents, many have made a ton of money investing into Elon Musk's baby, one of his many technological advancing materials. Elon Musk really interests me because of his overall view of everything, and how nothing to him is good enough, there is always room for more. He continues to reach and reach for more every-time he makes a breakthrough. The world has very few people like him and I believe it needs more! I do tend to dislike his Twitter account when he gets political because I would like him to focus on his area of expertise and release his knowledge through his work and change the world through his work as well, not on social media making snarky comments to government officials. As I stated before Elon Musk's Tesla faced a bad part in the beginning stages of its life as a company, he pushed through and made it what we all know it as today; an amazing 900+ dollar stock and multibillion-dollar company. I had no idea that Elon made his mark on the world and his starting big money by creating the platform PayPal, which ended up being bought by eBay, and he made millions on top of millions. Overall fantastic reading, I always love to read and keep tabs on Elon Musk, a very fascinating individual he is.

12A – Figuring Out Buyer Behavior No. 1

Non-Sports Fan

Need Awareness: Need something to watch to entertain them when bored at home for a bit. This will be a 24/7 broadcasting channel and will be available and entertaining to all.

Information Search: The first thing they will do is search for something that piques their interest, many searches on Netflix for a trending show with short episodes to briefly watch. Our show will hopefully be up on trending now page and will be something that they give a go.

A small fan of sports

Need Awareness: Need to get away from the professionalism of boring sports newscasting and want something with more spice to it due to there not so fully into sports attitude.

Information Search: This area of people are into sports purely for the excitement and entertainment the games bring them, normally they don't have too much interest in the news on what is going on with the sports world except if it is relating to their team during the season. These people are craving entertainment through the realm of sports and this platform is exactly what they can use for an extra dose of that.

Sports Fanatic

Need Awareness: These people are into every single aspect of sports when one isn't in the season they follow the entirety of news for that sport during the offseason. 24 hours a day 365 days a year, and that is how our show and broadcast will work with the time they put into following sports. This is the group of people we are initially focused on for a target audience, to entertain the people that are going to be most loyal and most craving of sports entertainment that's relateable as a fan.

Information Search: This area of people are what we call "Super Fans", they need to be watching anything and everything they can about sports, they crave it all year long. These are the people most affected by the stoppage/pause in sports due to the coronavirus; yet they still tune in to SportsCenter every day to stay updated on everything, even while NOTHING is going on. These fans will always be looking for new outlets to receive sports news from, and what better way to do it than through our platform, that will be considered the most relatable and entertaining way of doing so.

11A – Idea Napkin No. 1

1) My name is Nick Scibilia and I am a sports management student at the University of Florida. My talents include being very tech-savvy, negotiating, and stock trading. I am very fond of the concepts of general business, and the business aspect revolving sports... hence my major decision. My aspiration is to revive a failed idea, make it what it could have been because I believe just because it didn't work the first time the idea isn't a dead idea; it may have just been mismanaged, and with proper aspirations and determination it could flourish. Barstool Sports is a great company, but it's more Barstool than sports now. I plan to create something they should have a long time ago.

2) I'm providing customers the service of pure, realistic, intelligent, and relatable entertainment of sportscasting news, a SportsCenter with a kick.

3) The demographic of my customers range from a sports fanatic to someone who likes to dabble in the sports realm. Since my idea will be fairly adult humor and entertainment based, I would say 16 and up, but with technology these days kids are exposed to adult humor at younger ages so I would say 12 and up. Not saying this is a good thing for kids of that age, but it would still be attracted by many. As we all can probably relate, I used to sneak on the adult swim channel to watch Family Guy when I was around that age due to curiosity. So this would be the same case with kids at that age.

4) My initial idea is to have a show on a platform like Netflix, Hulu, or HBO. Millions on top of Millions are already subscribed and paying to watch the shows and movies these platforms have to offer. My big thing will be introducing this on IGTV, Instagram, and Facebook TV, then eventually landing a contracted deal with a big platform for more brand awareness.

5) There are tons of sport casting news shows, the biggest being "SportsCenter" on ESPN. What sets me apart from all of those is the banter and explicit way it is broadcasted on my show, with intelligent humor relating to the opinions of the hosts on each topic discussed and reported. I like to see it as The Daily News Show on Comedy Central, but for sports and with a tad more explicit humor. SOmething fans from everywhere can relate to due to constant arguments between friends and others over sports topics.

I believe these elements all mesh together in the perfect way and I believe that my business has true potential to create a new area in the sportscasting industry. That is why I believe it is so valuable. It is something that is spinning an old way of doing things into a new innovative and entertaining way of reporting sports news.

9A – Testing the Hypothesis, Part 2

Interviews:

1) The first person I interviewed was my roommate who is a huge Barstool fan. I went into this interview expecting him to say this is a copycat and Barstool Sports is the greatest thing of all-time. He actually happened to like my idea and was too also frustrated that barstool sports have swayed away from sports, him being a huge fan of Barstool just shows that everyone has noticed Barstool became something they weren't meant to be.

2) This interview was with a 22-year-old college woman, she happens to not follow sports, but believes this could be a "Howard Stern" innovation to sports broadcasting. This is something I found to be very kind and awesome to hear, Howard Stern changed radio, Sirius XM made an entire platform for him to revolutionize radio broadcasting. This is the goal for me.

3) This interview was with my dad a 58-year-old man, who follows sports and loves listening to Boomer on WFAN NY radio. He believes this is something that will blow away SportsCenter, it is something every fan and individual can relate to and feel as if they are apart of. That is a great way to view my idea because I never even thought of how many people it could real into watching. The target audience is so big because it is just anyone who is interested in sports and an entertaining way to watch the news on them.

4) This interview was with my family friend he's 32 and he works for ESPN, in production. He thinks this idea is so amazing, with a thought-out plan, some execution, and a few phone calls; he believes this can go to the "big time" and become something greater than anything we've seen before. He even said if I mapped it out and figured out details, with a plan, he'd quit his job with ESPN. The biggest sports broadcasting company in the world owned by a huge company called Disney.

5) The last interview was with my sister who hates sports, said this could be "something special". To get that out of my older sister's mouth about something I thought up, is honestly all I need to know this is something that could go the distance and create a whole new industry on top of a newly acquired industry. She believes the entertainment added with reporting sports-related news is a "2 in 1 show" and that can bring huge attraction.

Inside the Boundary
Young Sports fans (College level)
Sport industry workers
Sports fans
Entertainment people

Outside the Boundary
Non-Sports fans
People against unorthodox methods of reporting
People against explicit humor

8A – Solving The Problem

A solution to the problem I chose to discuss regarding the last assignment is, how to not be seen as a"copycat Barstool" by the media and public. I intend to specifically talk about sports and only sports, things that revolve around the sports world that include players and personnel linked to sports as well. I do not intend to go off on tangents and make things a part of the company that isn't relatively close to sports as Barstool does. Barstool is a mess in that regard, they do many things that they are simply not. I intend this to obviously start on social media, probably aim toward streaming services such as YouTube TV, Hulu, Netflix. These platforms provide a large number of customers creating a huge audience for the opportunity to grasp them as fans, as well as having the freedom to keep the shows explicit and non-professional as intended. There are no restrictions on that behalf with the platforms. I will stay away from mainstream sport broadcasting platforms as my intended idea would have limits and restrictions.

7A – Testing the Hypothesis, Part 1

1. Real Fan Talk SportsCasting "Uncensored"

2. Opportunity: A place for fans to watch analysts speak and banter with no filtering as if they are watching themselves argue and talk with their buddies over sports news etc.

3. Hypothesis:
I think everyone was expecting Barstool Sports to become this, and sadly they took a different turn and turned into something far from what they seemed to be the initial target was. I believe people are eager to have something to watch and not only keep updated on the latest sports news and events but to see it from a funny and real perspective. This may not be everyone but I realized that over 75% of social media sports talk with "non-verified" fans include explicit language and is considered explicit bantering.

4. Interviews

First, I interviewed my dad, he loves the idea and said how much he enjoys Bob Menery an explicit Instagram sports broadcaster, he believes it brings out what you say in your head onto the actual broadcast and makes it 100 times more authentic. I asked him if this is something he would keep an HBO subscription for or some sort of channel that can allow this on their platform and he said there was no doubt. Next, I interviewed my brother in law and he believes that although Barstool Sports is something great, they went with the podcast route and have individual podcasts covering a specific sport and sometimes even other non-sport related things, and he pointed out that their "best" podcasts according to charting are not even their sports-related podcats. So he believes maybe they can be partnered into this idea to make it pop even more. Then I interviewed my friends Alex and Zach they both actually believe they could do this job, and they pointed out that's the beauty of it. It levels with how these conversations actually go between fans arguing and discussing these matters, they kid around and get on each others nerve in an unprofessional way; which ultimately will make the viewers feel as if they are watching something they can easily relate to and enjoy watching.

5. I believe I found this to be a great opportunity because it was brought to light in the early days of Barstool Sports and many people including myself are disappointed in the outcome of the company and believe they aren't very sports-oriented anymore and are more of a social media fad.

5A – Identifying Local Opportunities

Opportunity 1

Opportunity 2

  • Title: Long Island Unemployment soars in April

  • Description: Due to Long Island getting the brunt of Covid-19 in New York, having the most cases in Nassau County than any other county in the nation; Unemployment rates are skyrocketing having the fact all of these small businesses that run Long Island permanently closing due to financial trouble caused by this virus.
Opportunity 3

Opportunity 4

Opportunity 5

  • Title: Long Island Enters Phase 1 of Reopening: Will this help?
  • Description: Long Island heads into phase 1 of reopening, this may sound like good news but many believe since it is such little reopening; it is a sham created by governor Cuomo who is hesitant to start moving forward amid the coronavirus and its brutal effects on the greater New York areas. This leaves many small businesses waiting to reopen and try to salvage what they can to continue operating as a business after this is all over, the road ahead for these people is looking tough and grim.

4A – Forming An Opportunity Belief

Starting Point- I believe there could be a sports channel that relates more to how fans banter back and forth about topics and sports news.

Describe Your Belief: This was supposed to be barstool, and I believe they took a turn to something completely different and missed a huge opportunity. I believe that there could be a sort of explicit SportsCenter channel on a cable platform that permits this sort of explicit banter. I would love for this to be done through HBO, just as those funny twisted news shows do on HBO. Just oriented on the sports industry and news.

Identify prototypical customer: The customers would be anybody who is an avid sports fan and enjoys an old fashioned argument with their friends over sports topics and enjoy the authenticity these conversations have including them being aggressive at times and using explicit words.

Iteration #1: I discussed this belief and idea with the prototypical customer and they seemed to be quite interested in it. So much to the fact I showed them a sort of similar Instagram sensation Bob Menery who does this but announcing sports explicitly with no restrictions. They loved it so much they wanted to have me pitch them my idea to see the whole picture, and envision what could be a great success for the realm of sportscast TV.

Iteration #2:  Going on to customer #2. They believe Barstool Sports already had this intention and started to stray due to success doing what they kept doing via social media and podcasting on apple. They believe this idea should be created and pitched to Barstool after everything is secured legally, then have them buy it and take over the operation with having a stake of the entire franchise.

Iteration #3: This customer gave me the same feedback as the first so much they had a few of their own ideas and things that could actually help prepare for this idea to become a reality. The feedback was more than I could have even imagined, very positive, and knowledgable.

Reflection: Through this assignment I found myself having a solid idea that I would love to actually pursue, I love sports and always enjoy fun banter between my friends and me about our respectful opinions on anything sports-related. After hearing from prototypical customers and receiving such great feedback, I believe I can actually make this work and may start on it sooner than later.

Summarize: This exercise was awesome it helped me really tap into my daily thoughts and ideas I always conjure up, but actually act on them and break it down. It also helped me plan accordingly in my head the possibilities that can be done with this idea and the potential it has.

3A – Your Entrepreneurship Story

The easiest example I can use for this assignment is my sister's fiancé's Esports organization. His name is steve and he has started a new Esports organization called Lividity Gaming. As we all know the Esports industry is rapidly rising, the MLG (Major League Gaming) has registered qualified organizations that have teams that are considered professionals at what they do, game. He would like to work his organization to that status at the baby stages of the Esports industry. I had the pleasure of working for him as head Talent Scout, I headed the organization's scouting department and had to negotiate contracts and scout free agents via streaming platforms and tournaments in NYC. I wrote extensive reports on individuals I thought had the talent to bring attraction to the organization and value for tournaments in an effort to generate player revenue through our commission on contracts and endorsement deals. I have seen what this guy does for the good of the business and it amazes me how much social media focus there is when starting a business and looking for attraction. Times have changed and a lot of his money and time goes into ad creation and exposure to get the company out and about on the web.

I hope to get the proper guidance of what it takes to start your own business, as I would love to open up my own talent agency one day, and would love to know the steps, and guidance for preparation when doing so.

2A – Bug List

1. In Gainesville the lack of street parking is frustrating.
Why: Because it makes it difficult to go to places other than campus and where you live.

2. Mcdonald's on University is very unorganized and always messes up my orders.
Why: I dislike when a simple job is messed up consistently.

3. Cold-emailing for internships is frustrating
